The history of the breed:

So,where exactly did this breed come from?
The answer to this question is not so easy or simple.
It has been said so many,many different stories,
speculations and debates.
The Chinese Crested dog has been included in written
history as far back as the 13th century in China,this means
that the existence of documentation of the breed has been existed
long before.
It has also been said that some explorers who found hairless dogs various
parts of Africa and Asia during the 1700s and 1800s.
These explorers kept the dogs on board ships,its been said that the dogs
were a food source.

The Chinese Crested has a special look,
and could remind of a little pony.
The grace and smooth look.
Chinese Crested is a small sized dog.
The average Chinese Crested stands from 11 to 13 inches tall at the withers.

The Chinese Crested comes in to different variety powder puff(a fully coated)
and the hairless(chairlifts on top of head,feet and tail)
The hairless gene is dominant.
The Chinese Crested is an alert and active dog
They are easy to learn.
They are also been used as therapy dogs.

In the end I would like to give you my personal comments of the good sides of the breed.
The good thing is the size of the dog.
They are small, but the heart of the dog got so much to give.

They are easy to learn,and it seems to be easy to shape the personality, if you give your
Chinese Crested lots of love and attention, you will get a dog that gives you back more love
and will seek after your attention...
